S612p food slicer
Parameters for cutting food.
The slicer works in automatic or manual mode. The automation allows selecting requested thickness of slices up to 28 mm. The automatic mode provides an option of setting the length of the food carriage travel in the range between 150 and 300 mm (every 30 mm). Output 1600-2000 slices per hour. Proper handling of the machine meets all requested sanitary requirements.
Finish
All food contact surfaces of the machine are made of very smooth stainless steel materials. Casts and aluminium protectors are anodized.
Blade
The blade of 300mm diameter is driven with a rotational speed of 300 revolutions/min. through a worm gear. It is a circular blade, hardened edge, made of stainless steel. A unique sharpener for periodic, easy and precision sharpening mounted over the blade.
Motors
200 watt, one phase motors of blade and tray, voltage 230 V, 50 Hz. Independent drives for blade and tray pusher. Optional switching of the automatic carriage for manual cutting. The tray feeder motor does not work when the blade drive motor is switched off.
Hygiene
The S610p slicer should be cleaned from fat and food regularly after use. Sharpen the blade after many hours of usage with a sharpener after removing grease. Sharp blade cuts paper easily (in the static position).
All elements to be cleaned; blade protector, feeding carriage and slice guide can be dismantled without tools. Top level hygiene is most important during exploitation.
Safety
The automatic slicer is equipped with a micro switcher protecting from inadvertent activation of the drive at the open blade protector. The blade is encased with an additional guard to minimize injury during cleaning. The S612p slicer is equipped with START-STOP buttons protecting from automatic inadvertent activation after a short break in power voltage. Manipulating close to the blade is protected by a cover screwed onto the feeding carriage. The food is fed gravitationally by the pusher. The feeding carriage is removable upon setting the slice thickness regulating knob at the „0” position and pulling towards the knob until a click is heard.
Accessories
The automat has a food pusher with two hooks providing precise cutting very small pieces of different foods (also very soft). Also a bar making possible cutting long and narrow pieces. Producer recommends purchasing more serving trays.
Models of S612p slicers
- S612p – in the standard version, the food carriage moves with a frequency of 40 travels per minute.
- S612pT – blade, blade cover and the bar are coated with Teflon for easy slicing of cheese.
- S612pF – version with a 5-degree speed and food carriage travel regulation (ranging from 30 (for larger slices) to 60 travels per minute (for narrow piece of food).
- S612pFT – version for slicing cheese with carriage travel regulation (as above).
